Cancellations
Please call your doctor’s office 24 hours in advance to cancel your procedure. We are unable to cancel your procedure for you.
Late Policy
We are committed to prompt service and will work very hard, barring emergencies, to stay on time. We may ask you to reschedule if you arrive for your appointment more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. Please try to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for your appointment to complete any necessary paperwork associated with your procedure.
Emergencies and On Call
If you have an emergency, such as chest pain, severe shortness of breath, severe headache, or bleeding, call 911 or proceed directly to the nearest hospital emergency room. You can always call your physician’s office with any questions about non-acute medical problems after hours. If your physician is not in the office, the physician’s answering service will direct you where to leave a message for the physician on call.
